Sunday 15/05/2011 - Nunchaku Seminar
Normal training 13:30 - 15:00, then straight into the first Nunchaku seminar covering the basics of the Nunchaku as a weapon. The first seminar of the three will be on the basic handling and use of the weapon, this includes proper hand position and control when wielding the weapon. Seminar will be approx 2 hours long.
Sunday 17/04/2011 - Exams
Sunday 17/04/2011 is a normal training session but we will be running exams towards the end of the lesson. If your taking an exam please turn up in full uniform with your exam book and fees, if your not taking an exam show up to train and show your support.
